Reduces leg cramps
Pretty effective at reducing the occurrence of night-time leg cramps - at least in my case but may not work the same way for everyone.

What I expected
Difficult to rate it because I've used it only a couple of times so far but it appears to be just what I ordered and to work as it should do. I'm using it to prevent cramps in my legs at night and so far I haven't had any cramps and have no complaints about the product.
