as soon as I get up in morning I have a good full bowel movement and I think I lose weight as well!
This stuff is awesome!! I've been drinking metamucil and this stuff is so much better!! I have lost 5 lbs stuff from having a good bowel movement in the morning

I feel so good ! me and my hubby have been going to bed early every night and he wakes me up 3 times a night
I have so much energy! I'm 50 and feel tired all the time and my hair is falling out! it is horrible since I have been takint this my hair has grown 5 inches in 3 months! and my nails are so strong. I could scratch someones face off and they would not break!
