Love the diary! Extremely colourful and well designed. Comes with stickers, place to write your initial weight and measurements then ways to compare them with subsequent readings and display gains and losses in both writing and visually (i.e. graphs and bubbles in a jar).
Initial part of diary also has place to write exercise you have undertaken and plan meals weeks in advance.
Daily entry part is great - allows you to write what you consume in the morning, afternoon, and evening, noting how hungry you are and what time you eat. There is a running total for calories consumed during those periods and space to subtract it to see your remaining calories for the day. You can also record how much water you have drunk, whether you have consumed 5 a day, how many mins you have walked/burnt calories and how much sleep you got that night.
I love using it and it allows me to see what I have eaten over the days/weeks/months etc and track weight loss.
