Not the best vitamin B supplements
2 of 2 found this helpful Overall these supplements are good value and have all the B vitamins that you need. However they just have an awful awful smell and taste. They also have a chalk like texture which makes it hard to swallow. If you don't mind the horrible vitamin smell and taste these are great, but it would be better in capsule form.

Great false nails
