Dracula 3000 (DVD)
2 of 2 found this helpful Modern day Dracula story, cast are good although some have had their day as far as movies go. Basically I was expecting a lot more, but the film failed to deliver. Casper Van Dien was better as a supporting actor in Sleepy Hollow alongside Johnny Depp. I am not going to waste time writing a long detailed report about the film. Basically light hearted and not to be taken seriously as the characters are not beliveable and the plot sucks. The begining of the film looks has be scene from Alien, trying to build the suspense, a collegue playing a practical joke on another collegue, execpt it fails to deliver.
Basically the film tries to add horror and humour which does not quite work, to sum up, a Dracula film which looks at times to be based on Scary Movie!! Sorry I could not be more positive but I am a Dracula fan and like the old black and white and early Christopher Lee films etc, this was disappointing - Even return to Salems Lot was better in my opinion.

On the Buses
Purchased this DVD for my parents as my dad has always been a fan of on the buses. I borrowed the dvd and was not disappointed; British comedy at it's best, good clean fun that all the family can enjoy. Follow the trials and tribulations of Stan (Reg Varney) and Jack (Bob Grant) as they move from one disaster to another, while always trying to stay one step ahead from the watchful eye of Blakey (I'll get you Butler!!). I would recommend this DVD or any of on the buses series as they are timeless classics which you can enjoy time and again.
