They're either for misleading listings, complete disregard for safety during shipping, or the item being junk. Offering me a refund in exchange for a positive, sob stories to guilt me or harassing me endlessly will not convince me to change it. The warning to other customers is the point. The review isn't capricious; something about your order EARNED it.
