The Abs Diet 6-minute Meals
This book is 1 of a set of 3. It was highly recommended and is easily read. I was able to get all three from E-bay. I wanted my own collection so now I do. The 3 books are great to follow in working the Abs Diet and I would recommended the books to anyone. This book is the one with all the 6-minute meals for you to fix. They are easy to follow as well.
