  Terrible experience!! The seller sent me a necklace that wasn't sterling silver and the hearts weren't turquoise, they were plastic. I asked for a return and refund because it didn't match the description, and their response was that they wouldn't accept it back due to contamination! It's unbelievable that they sold me something that didn't match the quality shown in the description or photos, and then they refused to refund my money.

  I informed the seller that the address on eBay was incorrect, and I made sure that the correct address was updated with ebay. Seller refused to send the item to my new address, and mailed it anyway to my prior address. Even though I had forwarding in place, I received a notice that my item was dropped off at my former address. All of this could have been avoided easily. Now Ive paid seller and do not have my item. I have no way of getting in touch with the new owner of my former home. Unhappy.

  This seller was terrible to work with after I initiated a return. The return was warranted as there was undisclosed damage on the dress that was confirmed via photos I shared with eBay (which was promptly accepted as a return). The seller messaged me multiple times with a very condescending and unprofessional tone, trying to claim the dress was made to have safety-pinned sections (which was completely false, pieces had fallen off) and that I was uneducated for returning something pre-owned.

  Description said new without tags. Arrived used, appeared washed repetitively and had stains on the front. I contacted seller immediately after I opened it, she accused me of using the item! I have bought 1000's of items here and never sent a single bad review nor have I had someone accuse me of such stupidity. This was over a $15 item. She should be removed from ebay for lying to her customers and then accusing her customers of lying. Shame on you chda-33!
