Great quality Suspenders.
Hard to find good quality suspenders these days, but These particulars ones are great, nice style and good quality clips.

Requires more time and hand work. But they are the best bushings!

The kit didn't come with enough grease. So I saw a video that Energy Suspension recommends buying the E.S. brand grease or substitute for Marine Grease. I ended up using Peak Marine Grease I found at pep boys. It works just as fine for me.
If I would have known how hard it is to reuse my control arm outer shells, I would have bought new shells with the bushings already installed. It was a pain in the butt removing the factory bushings using a ball joint press and some sheets of metal to press the bushings out. I also had to clean up the shells with a drill gun w/wire brush bit, to clean off all the bushings residue. It just requires more elbow grease. I would recommend buying after market control arms with the bushings already installed, for a easy Removed and replace. It took me two days to finish the job. But the results were SUPERIOR. Energy suspension makes the best bushings and you can really really feel the difference, I cant wait to do the front suspension! With all coilovers around.

Best Cheap china made flash light

But this one has like a piston (cylinder like) spring to hold the battery in place. It's is very durable I have drop this light numerous times. I suggest the best battery to use to get the most out of this flash light is ORBTRONIC 18650. This is the best battery to use with this flash light
