unstable poor wifi implementation
0 of 4 found this helpful This device was returned for the primary reason: the way Dell have implemented the wireless chip drivers/microsoft have designed win8. There is instability when using and if the wifi is disabled its almost impossible to get it back on. Leaving it on drains the battery. No amount of patches or updates fuxed this. Microsoft specifically removed power management from drivers for devices like this as it causes blue screens. DO not buy this if you are used to an Android device that just works. Too many problems for my liking.

If this is indeed the NTSC version, while as an added bonus it can do 24p, it does film native to 60i,it's troubling that the seller doesnt seem to know that this camera isn't PAL and NTSC, i wish people would do their homework before telling half the story. The pal version does 50i and 25p, although the reviewer is right about one thing, whether NTSC or pal, the picture in the right hands can be stunning and while not true HD as it's only 25 mbts bandwidth HDV, it is a pixel shifted 1920 X 1080. nice image, good low light, suffers for manual control, but as it's a consimer cam and cheap at that, it's good value.
