Great quality, Good fit
I have gotten several different brands of generic rainbow vacuum filters. These are consistently good quality and fit. And a fraction of the price of OEM parts.

Great Plan For Healthy Living
This book tells you a lot about why your body reacts to certain foods the way it does, and how to break your unhealthy food habits. (I don't agree with all of the theories about fat consumption, but it's a good place to start) I lost 16 lbs after 3 children with this plan. Easy to continue doing even after the weight loss. Highly recommend! :)
