Not a problem-free purchase. The items were wrongly calibrated, over reading by 0.5 Bar, unreliable. The company didn't want to compromise and insisted that I returned them for their testing before they 'might' refund me. It would have cost me 130 EUR just to remove them! They tried everything to blame me for the fault, even asking for a copy of my car's registration doc. They said they'd never had any problems with these in the 100,000 they sold, just look at the neg feedback! Visa refunded me.

API Freshwater Master Test Kit Liquid pH Ammonia Nitrite Nitrate

A must for every aquarium owner.

Everybody recommends this product, so I bought it when I re-started the fish keeping hobby after 20 years out. I have to admit I thought it would be a lot bigger than it is, however, it has pretty much everything you need to carry out the test to ensure your water parameters are good (or bad for that matter). Be careful to follow the instructions properly, especially the Nitrate instructions to the 'T' otherwise you will get false readings. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand, just don't assume anything. I have nothing to compare this with as it's the only one I've used but I will buy again when the tests are depleted. Don't think about it, just buy it.
