Interesting read and of information to regain the imbalance in the body.
What an interesting book full of information to help improve your health naturally as well as understanding what is causing the imbalances in your body and how foods, environment, products etc impact your body. It is an eye opener and very thought provoking book.
The only negative is the book isn’t large, I did expect more pages for the cost of the book. But, saying this I would still recommend this book.
