Depends what you want
Depends what you are looking for. It does get rid of most mould but it smells strong of bleach or chlorine type of smell for days afterward and doesn't prevent mould from returning quickly

Simple basic

not authentic
It looks more like a healthy cookbook than a Mexican cookbook it's not very authentic it has recipes that are Thai style tacos philly style, korean, teriyaki, some of the pictures look so healthy they look boring to me example chickpea lettuce cups or zucchini tacos and sprinkling cottage cheese and sour cream on top to try and make it look interesting and healthy happy if you want comforting hearty real tasty looking mexican food this book isn't for you if you want happy healthy vegetarian smiling people this book good
