Durable, better than original
We've bought this basket twice to replace the original basket that came with the dishwasher. The original depeloved lots of holes in the bottom, so cutlery would fall through. No such problem with the Electruepart basket.
We had our first Electruepart basket for a couple of years without any problems at all. No undue holes or other quality issues. It only broke because I accidently stepped on it. Specifically bought a new one of the same design.
The only issue is that the handle comes lose very easily. The snap-in hooks just aren't strong enough. Easily and permanently fixed with a few zip-ties (through the hook-holes in the basket, then through the holes in the handle part). Have not tested the fold-down lid, as we have no need for it.

Resistance is too low
Packaging says it contains a 1M ohm resistor, which I believe is the recommended for anti-static wrist bands. This is to prevent electrocution by limiting the current, in case the wearer accidently touches a live object. But this wristband actually only contains a 1k resistor, which is far too small. It keeps your devices safe, but not yourself.
It otherwise appears to be well made.

Breaks beyond repair on first use
Rotates in well defined steps. Initially looked good and I put it in my grab bag without further quality checking. Wrong move.
The quick release levers snap off when you squeeze them. Do not buy.
