An average film with lots of shark action.
Ever since childhood, I've loved shark movies, beginning with Jaws and have always loved the whole idea of a movie based on swimming in the ocean but with something unknown swimming there beside you. I'm also really interested in sharks anyway. I bought this movie because I found it by accident and was quite excited to see another shark film that I hadn't got. For gory shark attacks it is jam packed and in places stock footage of Great Whites is used very well. The movie does, as most shark films excluding Jaws do, have a very strong B-Movie element to it with a cast of little known actors and some quite cheesey dialogue at times. I do have to mention several things I don't like about the film however, that is, the notion of about 4 very cardboard looking fins swimming around several shark cages, the music in the film was the same music as used in the 1999 film Shark Attack with Casper Van Dien and Ernie Hudson, there was also blatantly used footage from the later film, Shark Attack III: Megalodon. Although the movie is made by Nu Image/Lions Gate, just like the previously mentioned two, this is still a very disappointing element to the film. The other thing I have to take issue with is that the sharks make growling noises like tigers, this occurs especially when stock footage is used or just before an attack. This whole concept spoils the film significantly for me, everyone, even those who are not shark experts, knows very well that sharks, not even Great Whites - growl! During the scene when numerous shark attacks take place on surfers, the footage here is taken from the second Shark Attack movie which was quite awful. So all in all, if you like shark movies with a huge scoop of cheese and wild animal noises, this movie is for you, if you're just curious, get the Thailand version (which I did, it is way cheaper than the UK version, but plays perfectly.) The only difference with this version is that odd scenes of topless women on the beach are pixelated out when it shows their breasts but if you're after shark attacks rather than Baywatch then that doesn't hinder the film at all. It's got a few odd scenes of it's own with rehashes of Shark Attack 1, 2 and 3 to boot. Starring: Dean Cochran, Alan Austin, Brandi Sherwood.
DC Comics Multiverse Signature Series LYNDA CARTER WONDER WOMAN 77 Figure MiSB

She really is a Wonder Woman!
An absolutely fantastic action figure! Great attention to detail, looks great boxed or on display, and has a stunning likeness to Lynda Carter! I can see why these figures are so hard to get! Absolutely the best Wonder Woman action figure released and one true fans of the show have been waiting for 44 years!

SHE-RA Masters of the Universe Classics MOTU MOTUC (HE-MAN) FILMATION
    11 Sep, 2019
    FOR THE HONOUR OF GRAYSKULL!
Super7 don't have the greatest track record in quality control and I've gone through several She-Ras, just to find one that I am happy with. I don't know what the durability is like for playing with the figure, for me the durability is fine because I simply display them in a cabinet. But I do know Super7 toys have been known to come with paint rubs and chips that crack and get bigger and peel over time. If you get a nice figure, you're lucky. But this for me is the real Princess of Power who has stepped straight out of the Filmation Cartoon. The MOTU Classics versions were nice, but somehow a bit dark. They had the cartoon look, but a touch of having stepped out of the cartoon into real life grittiness. The filmation figures are perfect for me, just what I wanted as a child and I'm very lucky so far, I've had no defects and they display well together. If you're a fan of the Masters of the Universe cartoon or the Princess of Power cartoon, you will definitely enjoy the simplistic yet brightly coloured Filmation cartoon look of these action figures.
