Unfortunately EBAY did not take into account Christmas delays and I was flooded with messages requesting pick up when item had not arrived at collection point. I think they need to review their tracking progress. Regardless happy to use vendor and ebay in the future.

It felt a bit tight when I tried it on so I contacted the seller about exchanging it for a larger size. She suggested that I keep the dress and she would give me a partial refund instead, and I could then order a larger size if I wanted - what great service!

I asked this seller to please pack the 3 dolls in cardboard to protect them in shipping as the other seller did not do that and they arrived damaged. This seller said they were "all unified". I did not know what they meant until I received this package, which was packed the same way as the first and all arrived damage. Do NOT buy this item from these sellers. They do not package well.
