I wanted to replace my 10 in 1 as it broke but couldn't find it anywhere on internet so opted for this 20in 1 steamer it is ok but mine what broke was better in price and mine was better for cleaning tiles carpets windows and micro fiber cloth on mine did not shrink or come off with the glider . as this doesn't collect the water it runs down your wall the water is meant to stay in for 15 mins ??? This machine spurts water which every minute I have to fill ? which is a ball ache causes more work I have noticed the reason why some people who commented on here that the glider comes off I noticed that soon as you put your new cloth on glider stays put and works wonders but soon as you rinse it put it back on the cloth shrinks half inch which is why the glider comes off and the cloth doesn't fit after a rinse with warm or hot water , the material is not stretchy and is a rip off. Other than that it is doerble I suppose long as you have a new cloth at hand cos the minute it hits water it shrinks the two photos I took is to show you how much the cloth as shrunk , I have tried stretching it out I carnt I even tried clamping it to stretch but nope I have to buy replacement ones the first photo is the new cloth second photo is the new shrunk one
