Sub £5 bargain
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this unit largely because I liked the colour and retro styling. It was on offer too!! Its quite tiny- sort of between a portable and full sized radio. Its very plasticky and quite light- the front panel particularly looks quite cheap- but from a distance its ok. Needs two AAA batteries if u want to save digital time and and settings. One AA battery for analog clock. Everything works as it should and settings controls are on top plate and there's a clear digital display. You can dim the display. It has 2 alarms and a sleep / snooze feature. A mains adapter is supplied and there is a headphone socket on the rear. Tuning was a little tricky but this may be due to my location. An FM aeriel is attached to the rear. Sound quality is OK with a little bass being provided by the plastic casing- but dominantly quite trebly. Analog clock is entirely separate to rest of unit and it seems to be accurate. In the box is the radio, mains adapter, instruction manual. I've reviewed this unit on the basis of its sub £5 cost. Had I paid the full price it would be quite different! However at the price I paid its a great little clock radio for the bedroom, office or kitchen.

Classic RIM design
Great package of charger and spare battery for the Q10. Those who admire RIM design will love this. The charger is slim and small and has an integral pull out cable which can be used to charge your phone at the same time you are charging the battery. I probably wouldn't have purchased this at full price when it was released but this is 2019 and the price is just right! Some places charge this for the battery alone. In summary- great RIM design for a fraction of the price in 2019.

Cheap lamp not really cheerful
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this lamp as I needed a portable high intensity lamp. Reviews were generally good. On arrival discovered that the quality of this lamp was minimum. Its made from cheap plastic throughout. The base has no weight in it- just an empty box- 170g (6 ounces) so moves whenever you try to adjust the lamp height. The result is a really cheap looking and feeling lamp. On top of that the on/off switch is highly tempremental- working sometimes but other times not. I do like the way it folds in on itself but I must say I am a little disappointed in the lamp. Had I known it was like this I would have gone to the pound shop and bought a high intensity lamp and a phone battery charger and rigged them up for £2. In conclusion if you're after something that doesn't look and feel really cheap then this is not the lamp for you. If you dont mind those things then its probably ok for you.
