Works great and interchangeable with original two versions of old sensors.
Had the older version of these , but one of the sensors broke on the area where the wire plugs into the back of it. The second version of these sensors were hardwired so didn't have that issue. Instead of buying just one older version sensor I decided to purchase the complete package of newer version number three that comes with the sensors with wires and brackets. Turns out new version sensor fits in the bracket of my old sensor. And new and old sensors work with each other. So I ordered two new sensors and two brackets, but all I really needed was just 1 new sensor. At least I have a backup sensor and brackets now. I'll post one picture of the old sensor that is on one side of the garage door and I will also post a picture of one of the new ones that fits in an old bracket with no issues and works in conjunction with the old sensor on the opposite side.
