Fender Chrome Pickguard
1 of 1 found this helpful If you're looking for a chrome pickguard, spend the money and buy an authentic Fender one. You will find "mirror" type pick guards which are made of plastic and look like it. This is the real deal and looks professionally installed because it is what Fender Custom Shop would use to make a custom Strat. Bear in mind that these will show every fingerprint so you will need to wipe it down to keep it clean and good looking. They will scratch too if you have too much of your Peter Townsend on. Put some chrome polish on it before you install and you're good to go. It's also made of steel so it will add a little weight to your guitar. Makes a standard Strat look great.
