DEFINITELY worth a try.
Buying Turmeric as an anti-inflammatory is like looking for a ring in a skip-full of plastic copies. It's going to take you hours sifting the bs from the useful. You've got turmeric root, then you've got turmeric powder from the root, then you've got a concentrate of curcumin (the active ingredient) which gives you the equivalent of so-much turmeric root. This concentrate might be called turmeric curcumin or it might not be. Very few products just say exactly the amount of curcumin they contain and the sellers don't really know that much about it themselves from the replies I got to my questions.
You need the standardised turmeric curcumin or it simply isn't enough. Similar to trying to get enough aspirin from chewing willow bark. You really need the concentrate.
I chose this product because it was the cheapest from the UK that was labelled clearly - 500mg of Turmeric standardised to provide 475mg of curcumin.
It actually works. I was expecting it to maybe take a few weeks for the curcumin to build up in my system. When I received the pack, I took one capsule to make sure I wasn't allergic or prone to hallucinations on it or anything like that. That didn't really do anything. The next day I took two and after an hour, the tightness and soreness in my lower back and hip were gone and the nerve-pain running down my leg had disappeared. The bliss lasted for about 12 hours but sadly came back. So now I'm taking two caps in the morning and another two at night. I've also ordered cheaper and slightly stronger from Thailand but they've yet to arrive. I don't think I've had as strong an effect as the first time but two caps keeps the pain 75 - 90 % away, depending on the day. Very rarely do I need to supplement with Ibuprofen now. Just hope I don't turn orange.
So, in short, DEFINITELY worth a try.

Just what I needed. I wanted to make a sliding roof and these are perfect. Good quality.

Great mouse, well worth the price
Much better than the similar Dell mouse that this replaced.
Laser tracking is much better, works really well on my wooden desk.
The back and forward buttons are on the same side which takes a bit of getting used to but fine to use when you get used to them.
The click buttons work really well, just like a mouse button should - not like the Dell, on which the left click often used to release or double click because of the one piece plastic design. These buttons are separate from the palm rest and seem much better.
Only negative thing is that the dpi resets itself to the fastest when the pc is rebeooted. Leave it on the fastest and adjust it using the windows control panel - that sorts it out.
