great product, reccommend this to others
1 of 1 found this helpful First time my wife has gone jogging and actually knows how far, speed, pace, etc, very happy, has not tried the heart monitor yet.
Already have a Garmin sat nav, and is quite happy with that, so I bought her this forerunner. The watch connects to the same software program and uploads data straight to her account on Garmin connect which gives all the details, map route of run , elevation, distance, plus lots more that you can do on the site, (which I am doing it for her).
Says it will record about 180hrs of recording, only time will tell. Can adapt it to fit on cycle and other fitness sports, but overall at the moment, my wife thinks it is a great present. Whoopee. thank yo garmin

replacement element
worked a treat, hardest part to fit, was to put the cable tie back in place, but that is the way the machine is made not the element. great product

New chain and gears
Needed to take out link, but fitted good, with new shimano 7 speed rear cogs, changing gears much easier, good buy
