Bowers and Wilkins CM2

CM not DM

The original CM series is so highly underated and undervalued. Having had DM and CM bookshelves I can tell anyone out there don't bother with the DM if CMs are available. The CM series is above the dm and certainly superior to the 601, later 685s may be comparable but the cabinet is still deeper on the cm2 leading to better bass response, but if want to go even further into bass try the cm4 floorstander. Like all b&w speakers they have a lively presentation suited to more beat driven music. The treble is prominent and highly detailed with a clear mid range, you'll struggle to find better at the price these genrally go for.
