I ordered this item brand new on 30th Ju...

I ordered this item brand new on 30th June and fitted it in my car on arrival the following day. In less than 3 weeks, the battery was going totally flat overnight and is now completely dead. I have tried to bring it back to life using the 'Pulse-repair' setting on my battery charger. However, after initially storing power and starting up my engine again, it lost its capacity to hold the charge and 'died' all over again. I am currently attempting to seek a replacement item, but I have found the process of doing so, less than simple and very inconvenient to comply with.
