Good OPTION to having nothing.
I have the TOP of the line EXCALIBUR.. but sadly they don't SEE the value of having trays as an option..
ESPECIALLY when doing PEAS or other rolly stuff. PLUS I love the LIP on for doing rollups...
WISH I could find trays that didn't have a hole thro the center and that would be 14x14 to fit the large trays in
my dehydrator.
