High Quality Straps

I bought these straps because red leather straps were used originally on the vintage road bike I am refurbishing. Since the original supplier is long gone, I took a chance on these red straps, even though the price seemed pretty low. Before I knew the correct color for my project, I bought a brand of leather straps that cost $25-$30. I see no real difference in quality between the two brands of straps. The other brand of straps were longer, (450 MM. each,) but these straps were long enough for me with room to spare. I have had a hard time finding straps that were long enough and flexible enough to work with my American size 12 shoes. These straps are 420 MM long, which should be long enough for almost everyone.
