  I wanted to contact the seller first but I've tried 2 laptops and my phone and it won't work so here is my experience. The tripod actually has a piece missing from inside the pan/tilt mechanism but I can work with that. Delivery- should have been 2-3 days which would have been Friday. Yodel's tracking said posted Friday out for delivery. On Monday it said out for delivery today, it arrived Wednesday at 12.18 and the tracking advice didn't change. In short Yodel's delivery and tracking - rubbish.
