Like a brick
This is such a shame. The product is really well made. It had a lovely soft removable cover and the cooling element works but this is only on one side. It looks nice and the strap is very secure but the cushion is absolutely rock hard. It is too hard to sleep with. It is honestly like a brick. So useless to me.

Strange colour
It does what it says on the tin but it isn’t at all ‘metallic’ looking and is paler grey than it looks.

Great idea
Brilliant idea for getting the kids to learn words, spelling, creating sentences. Really strong magnets. Smaller than I expected. Durable. We have them on our fridge!
