  It is fine and Lily of the Valley body wash arrived safely. Whoever delivered it left the parcel sticking out of the letter box letting all the heat out. I could not pull the parcel through the letter box from the inside it was stuck. So I had to unlock the front door again and pull it from the outside. There was a bulky bit so it was never going to go through the letter box.

  Item didn’t arrive after around a fortnight, was told it was damaged and couldn’t be sent and there was no stock left of the item. A refund request was made to then be told it was lost in transit. Do not trust this seller, read previous customer feedback as it’s common for poor communication and ‘excuses’ for customers not receiving their items.
