Its good but...
0 of 1 found this helpful The sp-c22 is a good center channel....for less than $100. Bass is present. I hear what other reviews are saying by "the midrange is muddy", but its not bad. The highs are clear and crunchy. Its definitely a speaker more biased for music. But works just fine with my 7.1 set. Once I set speaker volumes and blended the EQ with my current speakers and setup, it paired nicely. It definitely broaden the sound stage. The c22 as a 3.1 vs a soundboard and sub. Save the money and go soundbar. If you want a good sounding top-tier budget center channel, this is you db per dollar.
