BEST HEMORROIDAL OINTMENT THERE IS!
5 of 5 found this helpful In 1981 Preparation H sued Tronolane to try to keep their product off the market. The reason for this is that Tronolane works and Prep H never has and never will. I still will never understand why people continued to buy a product that did nothing for the pain of hemorrhoids. Recently, Prep H came out with a creme, but it does not contain the proper active ingredients to address the pain of Hemm's. Bottom line. Tronolane contains the same exact active ingredients and TUCKS ointment, which Johnson and Johnson discontinued in January of 2015. Tuck ointment used to be Anusol and they were both the best product there is. The reason they were disconintued is because people continue to be fooled by the false advertizing of Prep H. I am so glad that Tronolane is out there because they are the ONLY product left that works on the pain and swelling of hemm's. I took the time to write this review because I have suffered horribly with hemm's for twenty years and learned all about the Prep H debacle from a lawyer who knew all about what was going on. I hope this helps others as the pain of having Hemm's can be a living nightmare!
