Never heard of him until Halle berry
I can't understand why I have never heard of this artist?
I found out Halle berry was dating him and that he was a musician. I was curious to hear what type of music he played/sang, so I looked him up on you tube. I played his self titled album and fell in love instantly. This does not usually happen even though I am always on the lookout for new artists to listen to. He has been compared to Prince, curtis mayfield, Marvin and a few others. He plays several instruments and I can understand the comparisons due to the versatility of music styles, and the tone of voice.I hear influences, but not overly so. He has written for other artists as well. I would class his style in this particular cd as a fusion of somewhere between R&B, rock.

Not hot enough
It look like it is made well, but is is not hot enough to straighten hair. I was dissapointed with the lack of heat ability.
I still have to go over the hair with a GHD.
