A Required Book for the Study of African American History!
2 of 2 found this helpful As Painful as this book was, it is a story that has to be told. I Loved the fact, that it utilized actual photographs, that pictures the pain of discrimination against a group of people, who were enslaved to build America; but are still denied the rewards of their labor.
