  I don't normally like to leave a negative review, but I have to say, I'm not very impressed. The seller took over two weeks to post the item, which they had explained and I had forgiven... but when the item arrived the book had lots of writing in pen. Hardly ideal given that the book consisted of practice questions and the correct answers had been circled and annotated. This was not mentioned at all in the item description and the item was listed as "good condition"

  Dear buyer,I have already offered a refund but you have not deemed that it is necessary to send the book back for you to get our money, so you must be using the book without any issues if you were happy enough not to send it back. But if giving feedback helps you feel free to give another negative one. Just so you know, if you get you the exam - you actually have to study.
