Lovely timepiece, lovely price.
A beautiful watch in nearly every respect. Lovely design and quality components, apart from the strap, which may well be 'Genuine Leather', as described on the underside, but reminds me of my mother in law, (tough old cow). No matter, the strap can be changed to your liking very easily.
Back to the watch, which is truly good quality. Automatic self winding mechanism running at +5 seconds per day, which is very good for any auto watch. Value for money is truly exceptional, I would expect to pay a lot more for such an item elsewhere.
One small point regarding the description. The dial is not white, but a pale cream colour, (as it looks in the photo), but all in all I couldn't be more satisfied..

Komandirske Kitsch!!! A lovely Russian timepiece with a charm and tradition all of its own and incredible value. The watch seems to be well made and keeps good time at +2 seconds per day. The only grumble is the strap, which is cheap and nasty and doesn't secure the watch on your wrist. I don't know why Vostok undermine their great product with a very poor strap, but they've been doing it for over 50 years! I think most Vostok watch owners would be happy to pay a few more rubles for a decent strap. Nevertheless, a great watch at a great price, strap replaced and all good. Highly recommended.
