  New seller and tries hard. I spent MUCH time explaining how to wrap things to prevent breakage - and it was ignored. 10% of items arrived broken. and all they were concerned about is that they didn't want me mad at them. Sorry - in these transactions, once items are broken - some may not be replaceable; but also, when I picked up the box and heard that heartbreaking sound of broken glass, it diminished the enjoyment that I expected from the sale. I wish them good luck in their education.
