I recommend this book.

This is a beautiful "table" type book that brings family and friends to the dinner table in a fun way. I plan to adjust many recipes to avoid excessive sugar, white flour and starches. This is my personal preference. This would be a welcome gift with its quality paper, clear photos and fun content

Well received gift

Purchased this as a gift for my brother. He is very pleased with it. This book covers all aspects of goat, from raising to butchering to cooking. I read it from the library before buying it. We would both recommend it.
