A Deep introspection of an Internal "soft" style.
Having practiced the Yang Family Tai Chi for over a decade,I am always looking for ways to deepen my understanding. There are many styles and variations of Tai chi,they are all bound by certain principles to follow. To quote Eric Morecambe " they are all the tight notes,just not necessarily in the right order".💞 This book ties together the authors personal exploration of those principles for me it helped in answering inner questions. It is not a picture book of this or that posture,but it is an inner monologue of an internal style.🙊🙈🙉👣👣

Is what it says in the title.
My wife bought me a second-hand copy of this book,many years ago in Western Australia.have practiced the Yang long form for over 12 years.I find this is a book I return to again & again. The condition is very good only a little faded cover.🙉🙈🙊👣
