Simply Superb
I am a great reader (and grower) of herbs and therapeutic plants, this book is the most comprehensive guide to some 350 medicinal herbs and plants from around the world.
Incredibly well researched and written by someone who really knows his subject and can put a very complex subject over to the 'non scientist' ... identification, history, traditional usages and pharmacological effects.
This book is a true gem.
