About
Toyohara Kunichika was a ukiyo-e Japanese woodblock print artist. Talented as a child, at about thirteen he became a student of Tokyo s then-leading print maker, Utagawa Kunisada. This traditional Japanese Ukyio-e style illustration which has been restored and refreshed and enlarged to enhance posters, prints and picture art, whilst retaining high image quality.
