Good product - but doesn't like 3g wifi
Same as a dot - with slightly better sound and no bluetooth. Each time it was set up - it only responded to requests for a short while and then disconnected from the wifi. This is a common problem with plenty of people on 'Google' asking how to resolve it - without anyone providing a satisfactory solution. Through trial and error I've found out that it's because I was using using my mobiles 3g wifi hotspot. Switched to a 4g wifi hotspot and the Genie worked fine.

1 of 1 found this helpful Took 5 mins to swop casing and key blade. Key blade is removed by driving out a small pin in the base of the blade - easy to do with a nail and hammer. Can use either the original or replacement pin to fit your existing blade - pliers help to re seat the pin. There is no need to pay for the blank key blade to be cut - unless your existing blade if faulty.
