Ideal for the task for which it was purchased.
I bought this to fit my dashcam to the car windscreen. This was the 2nd car that I had installed it on & so I needed a replacement pad to attach it to the windscreen. This seems to be exactly the same as the one that the dashcam was originally supplied with & was ideal for the task.

Easy to set up. Works well.
I bought this as I had problems with the Wifi connection with one of my PC's (not signal strength related) & I wanted to provide a wired connection for it in an area that was not near my broadband router. It took no more than 2-3 minutes to set it up (the enclosed instructions are fairly comprehensive) & it provides a connection that is as good as being directly wired to the router. It would be useful for someone who wants to connect a device that does not have a Wifi option (eg Freesat receiver) or to provide an improved wifi signal in an area where the broadband router signal is weak.

Great product but avoid using on a very hot BBQ
I bought this as I often cook chicken wings on the BBQ & they are fiddly to manage and also fat/marinade falls onto the charcoal & flares up. Being aware that other people had complained that this & similar products looked burned & were difficult to clean after use, I was careful to avoid them being too close to the charcoal & when the BBQ was very hot. Everything cooked really well. I had the same BBQ taste but it was much easier to manage. Once I had finished, a quick wash returned them to the condition that they were when I received them. I will be using them every time from now on. If they do look scorched or otherwise affected after a few uses, they are cheap enough to buy replacements from time to time.
