Excellent
Being 64 with a bad knee & ankle, I wanted some gentle exercise to start with that was engaging. This DVD set is perfect, lots of encouragement from Rosemary and she explains how to make the exercises easier or more difficult. I am able to do far more now than I ever imagined.

Cheap & cheerful
They are smaller than I anticipated, but will just about do the job for which I ordered them. They are a little plasticky & I have oiled them to ease the locking & unlocking. It's great that the keys are colour coded too as using 12, it could get complicated.
