Dirty jobs - clean hands!
Our family has used this wonderful product - off and on - for almost thirty years. First introduced to it at an agricultural show back when we were allotment holders. A golfball sized"squirt" is enough to protect hands from all the ravages of industrial scale gardening - and that can lasted several years.
We've both ben lucky in our chosen careers - few dirty hands; Little need for more than soap and water as an IT engineer or a civil servant! So when retirement and "getting messy" was once again an option, we came back to the fold, as it were.
I am immensely glad to see the fold is still there, and thriving. Derma Shield is one of the products that genuinely "does what it says on the can". Soil falls away from under the fingernails after gardening - even recently, using spray contact adhesive, the stuff peels away from my skin as though I had been wearing gloves. NO cracked cuticles after hours of scrubbing - nails are in perfect order (important to me as a musician). No horrendous GREASY smell as with other barrier creams. Wash hands - eat sandwiches - back to work. No need to reapply!
You WON'T be disappointed.

Pennies spent -pounds saved!
1 of 1 found this helpful An excellent quality finishing stone, which leaves a near mirror finish on edge tools. Used in combination with my trusty diamond stones, i can now achieve 'scary sharp' regularly, consistently and with ease
In the space of a week, I have rescued over 20 wonderful quality cast chisels from the ignominy of rust: for the price of this stone and a few afternoons graft I've saved over £200 on a new chisel set.
Now THAT is a no brainer!

Quality item, but consider supplying with screws
1 of 1 found this helpful When I got these, I was expecting ( from the photo) a semi matt, gunmetal finish. Not the full on chrome which they were. Also slightly smaller than i was expecting.
In the event, both annoyances turned out to my advantage and the project ( a flight case for a mixer deck) was finished to my complete satisfaction.
One small quibble- items like this which require specialist size screws (M3.2×10) should really be supplied with them, even if it increases the price. I had a devil's own job sourcing suitable screws locally.
