  Very Happy with purchase and delivery time. One comment I would make is that the item was listed as new, I checked the photographs and realised it was not and was happy to purchase what I saw, on receipt of the item it was obviously used with scratches on the sole plate and a blade inserted. I am sure it was an honest mistake but seller needs to check his descriptions.

  Hello Catherine, Chris, I hope you are well. I have waited very patiently since ordering this item on (11/12/2024). I have not received my purchased item by now nor being communicated accordingly as I have requested for a tracking number several times. You have requested to give me a full refund which has not taken place. Therefore I will have to report this as fraud and will file this with the authorities. I really hope you can understand where I have come from making this decision.

  I must sincerely apologise but this was posted and my husband was then rushed into hospital with a collapsed lung, it has obviously gone astray and for the life of me I cannot find the tracking !!! My husband is in intensive care and I am really upset that I have caused my husband negative feedback. Catherine Bartholomew
