I've taken alot of tablet form ostarine which only a few have been good quality so I know how it's supposed to feel and 6 days into taking this product and I've had a really good energy boost and strength is up quite abit with a sense of well being all of which you should experience with ostarine and then at the 14 day mark should come the visual effects. I took 20mg (2 scoops) for the first 4 days and now I'm currently on 30mg. Don't be fooled by how small the servings are because remember it is pure so it hasn't got binders or fillers which the tablets have.The seller is very open on the phone with information and is keen to help so for the price of the item the quality is as good as any ostarine I've tried
