A journey through music, fashion and technology
I was born in 1955 and always used to watch Top of the Pops in the 60s and 70s when I was living at home with my parents. I left home, got married and continued to watch the programme during the 80s and 90s.
It's been great to watch this DVD, as it brought back happy memories. It's very interesting to see how pop music has evolved through the decades. Not only the music, but the fashion of the artists and audience, and the quality of the recordings due to the developments in technology.
My only disappointment would be that I could have picked some better material in places. But we could all do that, we all have our favourites!
