Communication
Tried to contact several times, no reply. Granted the initial one was while they were "out of the office" but then the item was sent to me after trying to cancel (when they were due back in office).
Again I've messaged to no reply and asked for details to initiate the warranty (again no reply).
Bike actually doesn't feel very sturdy when built either. Overall disappointed.
