Was obtuse to deal with ultimately had to have ebay step in to resolve my issues. Unfortunately this CRY BABY could not use it and since he had it already I mentioned to him that it was my mistake and he could keep it and sell it for more money than he paid vs. having me pay extra shipping to return such a heavy item. He was unwilling to be reasonable and was CRASS in his responses to me. I refunded 100%+

Installation Instructions and Videos ARE THE WORST EVER !
If I weren't an Engineer, I would not have been able to install it based on what they provided.
ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST BUY A WALL MOUNT OR GROUND STAND FOR THE OUTSIDE UNIT !!!
YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A VACUUM PUMP AND METERS TO MEASURE THE EVACUATION OF THE LINE SET.
NOT SOMETHING THE AVERAGE JOE HAS - NEEDS AN A/C PERSON OR YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT TO EVAC PROPERLY. COST ME $100.00 ADDITIONALLY !
